Return and Refund Policy

At Aesthetic Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here are the details:

  1. Eligibility for Return:
     Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Video Verification

    To ensure the integrity of our return process and prevent fraudulent returns, we require customers to provide a video recording of the parcel opening. The video should clearly show the following:

    • The unopened parcel
    • The process of opening the parcel
    • The condition of the items inside the parcel

    The video must be taken immediately upon receipt of the parcel and should not be edited or altered in any way.

  3. Initiating a Return:
    Contact us at support@aesthetichaven.xyz to start the return process.
    Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 130 Coulter Way, Vacaville, California.

  4. Return Process:
    If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
    Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  5. Damages and Issues:
    Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

  6. . Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products, and personal care items.
     We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
    Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 Exchanges:
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

  1.  European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
    If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
  2. Refunds:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund status.
     Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
    Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Note: For transparency, we recommend including a real, unedited parcel opening video when returning items. This helps build trust with our customers and ensures a smooth process.
